Shipping & Delivery
Yes, Jindmahia offers worldwide shipping.
- Ready-to-Ship Pieces: 7–10 business days
- Made-to-Order Garments: 3–5 weeks
- Bespoke Orders: 5–8 weeks
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure timely delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not offer returns. Each Jindmahia piece is thoughtfully crafted to ensure exclusivity, reduce waste, and preserve artisanal value.
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
No. Customised, bespoke, and discounted items are final sale.
Approved refunds or adjustments will be processed as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the case.
Payments & Pricing
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and secure international payment gateways.
For India, prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Currency conversion charges, if any, are determined by your bank.
