1. Is this true to size, or should I size up for the halter fit?
The halter neckline is fixed (no adjustable ties), so bust support comes from the fit at your regular size. Check the Size Guide against your bust and waist measurement before ordering, halter styles run closer to the body at the yoke than a regular kurta.
2. Does the dupatta need separate dry cleaning, or does it come pre-finished?
The full 3-piece set (kurta, pant, dupatta) is dry clean only. We recommend one gentle dry clean before first wear only if needed for travel creasing, the scalloped embroidered edge is hand-finished and holds up best with minimal handling.
3. How long does hand-embroidery like this typically last?
The silver cutdana and resham work is stitched (not glued), so it withstands normal wear and dry cleaning. Avoid direct heat, harsh detergents, and prolonged sun exposure to keep the sequins and thread from dulling.
4. I'm ordering for a wedding/event, will it arrive in time?
Standard international shipping is shown at checkout with an estimated arrival date. Because this is a made-to-craft piece, order at least 3-4 weeks ahead of your event date to allow for shipping and any sizing exchange.
5. Can I exchange for a different size if the fit isn't right?
Yes, within the 5-day return window from delivery. Keep tags attached and the piece unworn/unwashed. Given the handwork, we recommend trying it indoors before removing tags.
6. Will the ivory shade match what I see in the photos?
Very close, but slight variation is normal, ivory tones shift under different lighting and screens, and each piece is hand-embroidered so no two are pixel-identical.
